The place between dreaming and doing is often called FEAR.
Setting goals can be great motivation, but how often do we actually pursue them? How often do we actually make them happen?
One thing that has held me back lately from making my dreams a reality was fear. I was fearful to coach, fearful to share my health story, fearful to be vulnerable.
I have wanted to start a Blog for a very long time but I have been fearful. What if I’m not good enough? What if no one reads it? What if people judge me negatively? All of the “What If’s” were holding me back from reaching my full potential and living out my dreams.
The same fears came along with going into Health Coaching. The What if game kept coming around. But What if I actually succeed? What if I actually help others? What if this actually makes me happy? I would never know unless I became certified, launched my website, and hit publish.
So, here I am opening up to you about my own fears. I do this to show you that no one is perfect. We all have fears but we need to squash those fears. Erase the negative thinking and negative self talk and replace it with doing and action. Ignore the haters. Ignore the lies in your head. JUST GO!
