As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist & Mayo Clinic Certified Health Coach, my approach is holistic. I look at how all parts of your life affect your eating patterns. I believe that what you eat affects how you feel and how you feel affects what you eat.

I encourage a Clean & Pure Nutrition Lifestyle that focuses on eating real whole foods straight from the earth. This encourages an anti-inflammatory diet that concentrates on eating food in their purist form.

My approach works because it goes back to the food basics of our ancestors. It takes the emphasis off counting calories or macros and does not believe in restrictions. The approach digs beyond food and into mindset, emotions, and positive psychology. The focus is on healthy routines, good healthy swaps for health not just weight loss and getting back to nutrition basics. That means fueling your body optimally by eating real whole foods with recipes that are delicious, nutritious, and not too difficult to make.

I developed The Clean & Pure Protocol as a simplified way to eat and get healthy. This is the protocol I use to help others because it is the approach I use personally to manage my own Autoimmune Disease and maintain a healthy weight. I nearly died when I didn’t put my health first. Much better today, I now use the protocol to help others get a weight and life they love through a pure and clean lifestyle and a strength-based approach wellness coach.
